Bolero Energy Instant Drink - 6 x 7 g

Bolero Energy is a sugar-free energy drink powder in a box of 6 sachets of 7 g each. The ready-to-drink mix provides 32 mg of caffeine per 100 ml, alongside guarana, taurine and B vitamins.

About the product

The box holds 6 sachets of 7 g each. Dissolve one sachet in 250-500 ml of water, so a single serving fills a glass or a small bottle - unlike Bolero's fruit-flavoured range, where one sachet flavours a whole jug. The powder is produced in Bulgaria.

Caffeine (0.9%) and guarana seed extract are behind the pick-me-up. The mix also contains taurine (14.3%) and inulin fibre. The drink is sugar-free, sweetened with acesulfame K, sucralose and steviol glycosides, with 6 kcal per 100 ml.

Every 100 ml carries four B vitamins: niacin (7.2 mg), pantothenic acid (1.8 mg), vitamin B6 (1.3 mg) and vitamin B12 (2 µg). Niacin and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use

1. Dissolve the contents of one sachet (7 g) in 250-500 ml of still or sparkling water.
2. Use a container larger than half a litre - the powder foams up strongly.
3. Serve chilled.

Storage

Each sachet is a single serving, poured in whole, so there is nothing left to reseal. Keep the box in a dry place, away from moisture - moisture clumps the powder and makes it harder to dissolve. Check the best-before date on the pack.
