Nanga Chelated Magnesium Glycinate Powder - 100 g

Magnesium glycinate - chelate from Nanga is a powdered dietary supplement containing chelated magnesium glycinate — an easily absorbable, organic compound of magnesium and glycine. Magnesium contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce feelings of fatigue and exhaustion. No fillers, colourings, preservatives or lubricants added. Vegan product.

About the product:

Chelated magnesium glycinate is an easily soluble organic chemical compound. It is formed by combining magnesium with glycine in a process called chelation.

This process results in a stable bond between an organic molecule and a metal cation. This has a significant impact on the bioavailability and accessibility of the final substance in the body. Chelation can be compared to the creation of an ‘arm’ or ‘gripper’ that surrounds and holds the central ion in its grip, protecting it from external factors or facilitating its absorption in the body.

What distinguishes the chelated form of magnesium?

• High bioavailability thanks to its chelated form. Magnesium in the form of bisglycinate contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system and supports normal psychological functions. It also helps to reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.
• Gentle on the digestive system. Some people may experience stomach discomfort or a laxative effect after consuming magnesium in the form of salt. Its chelate is often gentler on the stomach and does not cause digestive discomfort.
